Are you raising a neurodivergent child and often feel like no one truly gets it?
This group is for you if:
• You’re unsure how to best support your child’s unique needs
• You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or burned out from parenting
• You freeze or feel helpless when your child is dysregulated
• You’re navigating meltdowns, school challenges, or social misunderstandings
• You wonder if you’re doing “enough” or doing it “right”
• You crave a non-judgmental space with other parents who get it
• You want to feel more grounded, resourced, and connected
Real talk. Real support. Real community.
For parents walking a different path—together.
In this group, you’ll receive support and insight from your facilitator and fellow group members walking a similar path. We’ll explore how anxious attachment shows up in your life—not to fix it, but to understand, embrace, and grow from it.
You’ll learn to:
• Let go of the pressure to become securely attached
• Understand your relational patterns through real-time feedback
• Communicate needs with clarity and confidence
• Read the room and consider other‘s experiences while not compromising or neglecting your own needs and wants
